商務(wù)部召開(kāi)二手車出口專題工作會(huì)議，會(huì)議宣布北京市、天津市、上海市、浙江?。ㄅ_(tái)州）、山東省（濟(jì)寧）、廣東省、四川?。ǔ啥迹?、陜西?。ㄎ靼玻?、青島市、廈門市獲商務(wù)部、公安部、海關(guān)總署三部委批準(zhǔn)開(kāi)展二手車出口業(yè)務(wù)試點(diǎn)地區(qū)。 

出口地必須滿足四個(gè)條件：
