正常的流程如下；

1. 注射狂犬疫苗和 貓三聯(lián)，獲得“免疫證” 出發(fā)前30天注射， 或者是由一年有效期的免疫證

3. 預定航班和準備航空箱。

根據(jù)所在的城市不同，選擇直飛的航班，這樣寵物不受罪，也不容易出現(xiàn)問題。航空箱盡量選擇質(zhì)量好的進口箱子，并且注意一定要四面通風，底下有托盤，寵物在箱內(nèi)能夠自由轉(zhuǎn)身。劣質(zhì)的航空箱在長途飛行的過程中可能造成損壞，出現(xiàn)寵物離開航空箱等突發(fā)情況。寵物離開航空箱的后果是十分嚴重的，一般來說機場的安保人員在發(fā)現(xiàn)后常常會選擇槍殺寵物，以免造成航空災難或者恐怖襲擊。

4. 預約體檢， 拿到“健康證明書”

到海關(guān)指定的醫(yī)院辦理體檢，提前10天辦理。

5.到海關(guān)辦理“動物衛(wèi)生證書” 和通關(guān)單

拿著本人的護照，帶著寵物，帶著寵物證（狗證），1. 健康免疫證 4 健康證明書到指定海關(guān)辦理手續(xù)，這一步某些海關(guān)要求代理報檢，有些海關(guān)要求可以自理報檢。

例如在北京，通州海關(guān)010-69578036 （土橋）負責處理北京的寵物出境，您可以自己帶著寵物辦理所有的手續(xù)，不需要代理公司幫助辦理。 例如在天津，天津河西海關(guān)022-84203621負責整個天津的寵物出境， 必須要求代理公司負責報價，不許個人自己報檢。

5. Go to the Customs for "animal health certificate" and customs clearance form

6. 出發(fā)前的登機手續(xù)。

出發(fā)當天提前3-4個小時帶寵物到機場航站樓辦理寵物的登機手續(xù)，一定要記得將寵物的所有證明材料，包括1. 動物免疫證、4官方健康證明（動物衛(wèi)生證書）和通關(guān)單等。

6. Check in before departure.

注意事項：申請入境許可證書，雖然不是每一個國家都需要提前申請入境許可證書，但是出發(fā)前一定要了解清楚，是否需要，如果需要一定要提前辦理好，避免出狀況。
